The mission of our festival is to break stereotypes and present different sides of cinematography of Europe and Central Asia than the one with which it is commonly associated. Contemporary cinema originating from these regions sets new paths for the development of film art, is often bold, unconventional, seeking new ways of narration and expressions of artistic expression. It is important to us that such productions are presented at the EURASIA FILM FESTIVAL. The high quality of the repertoire was ensured by the Program Director of the Festival - Artur Zaborski, thanks to which only the most outstanding films of recent years will be waiting for the Warsaw audience. We deeply believe that these movies will move, evoke emotions, encourage discussion.
EURASIA FILM FESTIVAL focuses on cinema, but its task is to promote the culture of Europe and Asia in the broadest sense; therefore, film screenings will go hand in hand with a number of accompanying events and a series of discussions with invited guests. We are particularly keen to discover, together with the festival participants, the culture of all those countries that are not obvious and popular and thus present in mainstream.
