Discover "City of Wind"

Discover "City of Wind" - the feature debut of Lkhagvadulam Purev-Ochir, who took viewers to the 73rd Venice IFF on a journey through the complicated world of contemporary youth in Mongolia.
In the heart of the Mongolian steppes, seventeen-year-old shaman Ze stands out for his extraordinary gift of connecting with the world of ancient forces. As a mediator between the mundane world and the land of spirits, he has the ability to decipher human emotions, which makes him respected by both his peers and elders. However, when Ze experiences his first love, his whole world is turned upside down, and he is forced to reconsider his life so far.
The reality in which he grows up is saturated with the ghosts of the past, but it is the future in modern Ulan Bator that attracts him with its promise of freedom. The film "City of Wind", a co-production of Mongolia, France, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands and Qatar, asks whether the young heroes will decide to live by the old rules or choose the unknown, offering them completely new opportunities.
This moving film will speak to both young people searching for their place in the world and older viewers wondering about the influence of tradition on modern life. Don't miss this unique story on the big screen!
The screening as part of the "Eurasia" Festival will be the Polish premiere of the film.
The film will be shown in the original language version with subtitles in Polish and English.
